New Doctor Mortgage is operated by Dominion Lending Centres A.I.M.I. Collective Mortgage Group ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.
What we collect
When you use our form or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, career stage, timing, the area you are interested in and any message. We do not ask for your social insurance number, date of birth or account numbers through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and give you mortgage advice.
- To send occasional updates for healthcare professionals, only if you ticked the box to receive them. Every update includes a way to unsubscribe.
If you go ahead with a mortgage application, we will collect further information and verify your identity as required by law. We share your information with lenders and mortgage insurers only with your consent and only to arrange your mortgage.
Service providers outside Canada
This website is hosted by Vercel, and form submissions are delivered by email through Resend. Both are based in the United States, so information you submit may be processed and stored outside Canada and may be accessible under the laws of that country. We use these providers only to run this website and deliver your enquiry to us.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations as a mortgage brokerage. If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry when it is no longer needed.
How we protect it
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are delivered to our client care team, with access limited to our staff.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, withdraw your consent to marketing at any time, or ask us to delete your enquiry. Contact our privacy contact at clientcare@asimali.ca or 604-591-3590, or write to us at 7327 137 Street, Unit 311, Surrey, BC V3W 1A4.
